Westerholm Koehler Insurance Agency is a Texas-licensed independent insurance agency located at 533 E. Court Street, Seguin, TX 78155. We hold an active producer license issued by the Texas Department of Insurance. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell insurance to residents of states where WKI is not licensed.

2. The information on this site is general

Content on this site — articles, coverage descriptions, FAQs, carrier listings, and educational material — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not insurance advice tailored to your situation, and it is not a binding offer of coverage.

Actual coverage terms, conditions, limits, exclusions, and premiums are determined by the policy your insurance carrier issues, not by anything described or summarized on this site. In the event of a conflict between this site and your policy, the policy controls.

3. Quotes are not bound coverage

Online quote requests — including any quote produced through the form on our Request a Quote page — produce preliminary estimates only. Final premiums, terms, and availability are determined by the carrier after underwriting and are subject to change.

No coverage is in force until you receive written confirmation that the policy has been bound and the first premium has been received. If you have an existing policy, do not cancel it based on a quote — keep current coverage in force until a replacement policy is bound.

4. Carrier listings

We list the insurance carriers we represent for informational purposes. The carrier panel changes as appetite, pricing, and our agency's appointments evolve. A carrier listed on the site at a given moment may not be available for your specific risk or geography. Call us to confirm placement for your situation.

5. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews and testimonials displayed on the site are real and attributable to the customers, neighbors, and reviewers credited. We do not edit reviews to be more favorable. Past customer experience is not a guarantee of any specific outcome on your own coverage or claim.
